Youllbe responsible for keeping aneye on their progress and working with them to understand what might be helpful next steps for them in a supportive and people-centred way.As part of an innovative community-led project, youll also be helping the beneficiaries feed into the project to develop both existing and new activities to help project participants reach their potential.More about youTo be successful in this role you will require excellent, sensitive people skills with a good understanding of how to help people reach more of their potential and be able to build on good community knowledge.You will be someone with experience of providing support and/or advice and information to people experiencing disadvantage and able to develop trust and good working relationships with them.Youll be someone who can work well with partner organisations andensure that we capture the impact of the project effectively and reporting deadlines.Wed ideally like someone who is fluent in Polish and other Eastern European languages would be helpful.
