Job DescriptionOur client are a Polymers and Banding company supplying rubber sealant Bands for piping within the Civil Engineering sector, amongst others.For Auditing reasons, they are looking for a temporary stock controller and cycle counter for 2 months to start ASAP.Duties to include -- Physical stock counting of product- Assignment of product into pallet locations- Mapping of pallet locations to maximise space and efficiency- Material Handling- Liasing with management to prioritise workload- Any other reasonable request by managementCandidate requirements -- Competent and efficient with experience in a similar role- Number savvy with good mental arithmetic- Computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets)- Ability to work independently and think critically- Reliable and a desire to turn up and get on with it in terms of the task in hand- No issue with the slight odour of Heated RubberThis is a nice little opportunity for a couple of months at a local established business offering a competitive salary and no shifts or weekends.Maybe ideal for somebody still on furlough or looking for something to keep them occupied between positions.Working hours 08.00-16.30 Mon-FriIf this sounds like the role for you, please click apply or call Ryan on Contract length: 2 monthsJob Types: Full-time, TemporarySalary: £12.04 per hour
