You will promote a safe and secure living environment for vulnerable & elderly peoplein line with Health and Safety legislation and Group policies. You will be responsible for testing fire alarms and carrying out inspections, reporting any necessary repairs as well installation of lifelines into our communities.You will be responsible for making sure that any Health and Safety Hazards are addressed as well as responding to any emergency calls during the working day. You will monitor the support services at the scheme, ensuring that cleaning and maintenance ofcommunal areas are carried out to the highest standards ensuring great services to our customers.There will also be an element of administrationinvolved in the day to day duties of this role and a requirement to visit dispersed bungalows on a weekly basis.
