Your base location will be Huntingdon an Anglian Water site.Make every drop of your potential count!An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Customer & Wholesale business unit as a Security Advisor. In this role, youll work across a wide variety of physical security tasks, communicating and collaborating with a number of different stakeholders at all levels. Youll be responsible for monitoring security breaches, collaborating with Duty Managers and Alarm handlers, as well as liaising with the Police to ensure effective reporting of security incidents.As our new Security Advisor, youll be required to collate security performance reports, as well as managing data to identify trends and influence solutions. This role will see you working with a number of different colleagues and teams within the business, including Security contractors and Supply Chain to support the business with theft solutions, exploring new technology, systems and equipment available.Reporting to the Security Manager, youll provide assistance to them with translating security standards into Anglian Water Services requirements and reporting to Regulators such as DEFRA on compliance, as well as assisting them with auditing by coordinating the audit planning and preparation. Another key part of this role is to deputise for the Security Manager at meetings and events, when required.As part of an Operational Resilience Team, the role calls for flexible support in the event of operational incidents.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:
