Job Description

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Quality Manager for our engineering manufacturing client based in Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent full-time role. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing,and reviewing QHSE legislation and industry standards across all operations, integrating quality in all areas of the business. You will be experienced in continuous improvement and managing change in reaching quality goals and standards.Responsibilities of the QHSE Manager include:

  • Assisting all levels of management to implementing and complying with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and relevant safety legislation.
  • Developing and implementing a quality assurance approach to ensure the quality of the Companys products and adherence to ISO accreditations.
  • Compiling statistics on all QHSE accidents/incidents/reports, analysing trends, and ensuring root causes are identified with appropriate remedial solutions implemented.
  • Conducting and reviewing risk assessments across the business.
Essential skills and experience required for the Quality Manager role:
  • 5+ years of experience managing, coordinating and implementing Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Internal Quality Auditor.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing ISO: 19001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and AS9100 quality systems.
  • Experience of working in an ESD environment.
