Job Description

Have you previously worked as an Admin Do you thrive in a fast-paced working environment Maybe youve worked with Microsoft packages. If so, then we are currently recruiting for a front of receptionist/ Case Admin for our Public Sector Client. The role is a full time temporary. The pay per hour is £9.69What would the job involveThe job would include but not limited to:

  • Taking calls & messages
  • Greet Users and Visitors
  • Handle petty cash and pay out travel expenses
  • Cover reception when requires
The working hours would be from 08.45 - 17.15 with one late night shift on a rota basis, this will be between 19.30pm but no longer then 20.30pm, when a late shift is required you will start later in the morning to accommodate the hours.The hours per week is 37 hours. It is a full time job that requires office work at their location in Huntington and there is no option to work from home. There is free parking.
