Job Description

My client is a large food manufacturing business located in Huntingdon. I have multiple opportunities within the business for Machine Operators - this is urgent.Please note: Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts starting at 05:30.The Role:

  • Hands-on working on the Production lines - 12-hour days
  • Fast-paced working environment, driving towards targets and KPI’s
  • Very regular interaction with Production team Leaders and Managers to ensure work at correct standards
  • Managing your area to successfully achieve plan and OTIF delivery
    • The Candidate:
  • An experienced Production Operative/Warehouse Operative - ideally from food manufacturing
  • A driven and determined individual with a good work ethic
  • Comfortable working towards KPI’s and Targets
  • Any foreign language skills would be an advantage
