Job Description

C£30k per annum dependent on skills and experience Permanent37 hours full timeAnglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon.Supporting our FutureWe are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our People and Change Team to support our large programmes across the business working in various work streams and projects across our operation that enable the business to implement changes, improve service and increaseproductivity.You will be required to understand and report upon delivery performance through detailed analysis of existing processes and systems to track delivery and progress on the relevant portfolios. You will support the overall portfolio and ensure it is designedto deliver in compliance with agreed plans, meeting the overarching needs of the business.You will support the Portfolio Board with the co-ordination, planning and control of all the programmes through application of appropriate planning methods and processes.What does it take to be a PMO Analyst

  • Project Management qualification - P30, Prince2, APM, ITIL
  • Experience at delivering in both Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environments, ideally
  • Previous experience of reviewing data trends, leading and lagging indicators and presenting these at weekly/monthly updates
  • Evidence of working on your own without the support of the wider PMO team
  • Demonstrable experience of reporting using data, conducting RCA and using PowerPoint effectively
  • Data analysis using Excel, MS Project Reporting and to present your findings
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • The ability to persuade/negotiate effectively
  • Organised and methodical in your approach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build good working relationship quickly
  • Pragmatic and always being aware of the bigger picture
  • Ownership of tasks, completing them promptly but also keeping customers/stakeholders up to date with progress.
