Summary Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Holidays Operation Assistant plays a core part of our service. Do you have an eye for detail and love cleaningThe Hours: Minimum of 2 hours a day to cover Fridays, Saturdays & Sunday from 10am -12pm. Flexible to work additional hours if needed during peak season hours between 10am- 2.30pm . With a charming riverside location, the property includes the Mill, a tearoom and a campsite. The small but ambitious team at the property work collaboratively together to provide access to the surrounding countryside and an engaging visitor experience which includes milling flour that can then be purchased onsite. A strong team spirit and collaborative working environment is key to the success of Houghton Mill and the staff are looking for flexible, creative people to join them. What youll be doing We are looking for a Holidays Operations Assistant. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of our campsite facilities block and camping pods for the outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.You will be supporting and maintaining the delivery of efficient management of the Campsite in line with agreed procedures and National Trust standards.It’s all about maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. You’ll have the support of our Outdoor holidays assistants to ensure everything is kept clean for our guests. We’d also like you to keep an eye out for any repairs or odd jobs. You’ll always provide a warm welcome to our visitors.Assists in the management of the day to day operations of the facilities, uses initiative to solve problems, ensuring compliance record sheets are kept up to date, The role also includes cleaning and preparing our glamping pods as well as maintaining and updating welcome folder information with the support of the Outdoor Holidays team.Please also read the full role profile, attached to this advert, include a covering letter and CV with your application Who were looking for You’ll need to be;
