Job Title: Operations Manager - Night ShiftLocation: FenstantonSalary: £45,000 - £55,000PAJob Type: Full-Time PermanentWorking Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday (6.00pm to 4.00am - Job Finish)Centrado Trading Limited is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry. We are recruiting for an outstanding individual who is reliable and hard-working, to be part of a highly motivated team.We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into larger, new purpose built premises -Centrado House, Willow Road, The Lakes Business Park, Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire PE28 9RBThis vacancy is for a Night Shift Operations Manager to manage all warehouse related activities of the night shift operational team at the Fenstanton siteKey Duties/Focus

  • Health and Safety Policy - promote our Safety-First culture
  • Maintain 5S standards
  • Utilise the WMS to effectively run the shift
  • Maintain highest standards of
    1. Production
    2. Picking
    3. Packing
    4. Packaging
    5. Van Loading
  • Operate to and improve upon, KPI Targets
  • Meet working deadlines, highlight and resolve potential problems
  • Communicate effectively with your team and demonstrate strong performance management skills
  • Work cohesively and communicate effectively with Centrado support departments
  • Work within Centrados systems and processes and ensure quality and safety standards are met and legislative requirements are adhered to
  • To develop and mentor your team
