My client based in Huntingdon is currently recruiting for an Office Junior to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take their first step into an office environment and be shown the ropes! Great opportunities to progress and offering £16,000 - £17,000 for the right candidate. Due to the location you will need your own transport to be considered for this role!You will be involved in:· General administration support for the sales admin department · Sales Order Processing · Assisting in processing of orders · Providing holiday/sickness cover for both Invoicing and order processing where required. · Assisting in the processing of all sales on Sage and producing invoices once goods despatched. · Assisting with e-mails. · Processing the end of year warranty report on a weekly basis · Filing and managing archives of sales orders paperwork · Opening and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail · Answering incoming sales calls & support Personal Skills:· Good team player · Excellent communication skills · Ability to be flexible · Available to work under pressure · Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives · Attention to detail · Accuracy · Numerically & analytically strong If you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and want to start your career with a fantastic company and team please send your CV to
