Our prestigious client who is based in Alconbury Weald - Huntingdon is looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNER to support their Logistics and warehouse teamThe Role: The function of the Office Administrator is to provide support for Logistics and Warehouse teams across the company on a day to day basis, to ensure the efficient and effective running of the department.Key Responsibilities Supporting the Transport Planner in organising transport for UK Customer sales, meeting promised delivery dates and liaising with Customer Service with any issues. Support the Sales team with fulfilling orders on our ERP system prior to transport planning. Raising purchase orders in accordance with production planning and liaise with suppliers to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full. To be a point of contact to all teams within the business, both on site and our European colleagues, dealing with any queries in a timely manner. Assisting with monthly raw materials stock count, conducting physical counts and reconciling with the stock management system. Assist in managing the booking in of all tanker deliveries on site and keeping the production teams up to date with any changes. Support Office Team and wider site teams with daily duties where required and most needed. Assist in the ordering of all office supplies and equipment as required for site Meet and greet all visitors to siteKey Requirements IT skills - Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work under pressure and prioritise key tasks, while maintaining attention to detail.
