Our career opportunities provide on-going learning and professional development within a challenging work environment, which provides a vital service for our customers.What will you be doingAs our new Marketing Data Executive youll be responsible for the day to day build and execution of excellent service communications to our customer base. Responsible for the build, delivery, execution and reporting of these communications, youll supportthe Senior Marketing Manager to develop a more personalised and relevant approach to engaging with our customers. Youll be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a multi-channel communications including build, testing and quality control.What do you needThe successful candidate will be educated to a Degree level or above in an analytical discipline, ideally with experience working with Campaign Management platforms e.g. Salesforce, DotDigital, IBM campaign, DotMailer.As well as this, youll:

  • Have extensive experience in campaign data management context
  • Have experience and confidence in stakeholder management in a customer communications environment
  • Hold strong analytical and planning skills
  • Be confident in writing and editing HTML
  • Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Be an excellent communicator with superb attention to detail
  • Have experience of the Utilities sector
  • Adopt a consultative approach to stakeholder management at all times
