Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleIn this role you will utilise your knowledge and experience working as part of the gas installation team to be able to carry out high quality work, providing a cost-effective and customer-focused service. Your time will be spent assisting the gas installationengineer with replacement boilers and associated works involved. This will include basic tiling, plastering, woodwork (boxing in of pipes etc) basic brickwork, and plumbing in our tenanted properties as well as working within our void homes.You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekDue to the travel required in this role, candidates must possess a current UK driving licence.Please download the attached JD for a fill list of dutiesMore about you An NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in maintenance, multi-skilled or specific trade with a working knowledge of other trades including joinery and plumbing would be preferable but not essential.You will be able to demonstrate, at interview, excellent knowledge of best practice health and safety in the work place, your positive approach and commitment to delivering an effective customer service experience.
