Ensuring your team are very motivated and focussed on delivering exceptional bouquets and that quality is at the centre of every stage of the process.You will coach, mentor, develop and leading your team to ensure our products are collated and packed to customers exacting requirements.Working to high standards and in the most cost-effective manner, you will act as a role model for your team and ensure they are quality and customer focused.The ideal Candidates will have previous experience in a similar role ( team supervising or team/ section leading) ideally from a production/warehouse environment but will welcome applications from other sectors (Retail, Fast food, etc) and be an approachableindividual, willing to listen and actively encourage others to contribute to the success of the team.Responsibilities:- Lead activities associated with safety, quality and legality of the product- Ensure an efficient packing operation is delivered daily- Deliver all KPIs and manage efficiencies to deliver on budgetary controls- Complete all training for staff and agency workers to ensure high standards of compliance- Help to develop SOPs for the packaging area- Take the lead in the daily management of employees and employee relationsKey Skills:- Supervise and manage of a team- Work within a KPI framework- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service- We offer you an environment where we encourage you to think outside the box and challenge the status quo- Teamwork is fundamental and you will be welcomed with open arms- We celebrate successes and support career development opportunitiesBenefits:- Holiday allowances are calculated on your days worked and you can find your allowance in your offer letter.- Pension Scheme - You will be auto enrolled onto the company pension scheme after 3 months.
