Countless career opportunities!Would you like to be part of the Anglian Water team who are responsible for the safe and sustainable operation and maintenance of our electrical systems Being a lead engineer and manager Lead the development of electrical compliance and competence programmes,within a highly skilled team of in-house engineers and partner staffAs a Lead Electrical Engineer reporting to the Electrical Statutory Compliance Manager, you will work alongside fellow Lead Electrical Engineers, managing Anglian Water electrical engineers and partner staff in delivering electrical programmes that ensureAnglian Waters compliance with electrical related statutory requirements. The subject you lead will be agreed based on yours and your colleagues suitability and include; Electricity at Work Regulations and Lightning Protection System compliance programmes;Air Circuit Breaker and HV equipment servicing programmes, as well as our in-house Thermogrpahy programme. You will also support the undertaking of electrical competence assessments on Anglian Water staff. All working collaboratively with others in the teamand other internal and external stakeholders. The Lead role will provide leadership support and deputise for the Electrical Statutory Compliance Manager as required providing technical support to a variety of stakeholders. This is a busy role, varied and rewardingfor a person who is organised and motivated to explore and do the right thing.You will ensure innovative, timely and cost-effective solutions. Providing guidance to line managers, site owners and operators, training team, internal steering and expert groups ensuring that policy review, development, adherence, and risk management meetsbusiness needs and expectations, improving resilience across Anglian Water.Other duties will be to:
