Job Description

Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri 37.5 hours)Salary £23,000 - £25,000The Key Responsibilities: • Generate, build, and maintain close working relationships with clients• Providing customer quotations, processing orders & dealing with day to day customer enquiries and queries.• Maintaining & developing existing customer relationships whist identifying opportunities to cross sell.• Communication with customers via email and telephone• Proactively grow sales within the contractor and FTTH markets. Create opportunities / appointments for your external account manager to follow up and monitor their incoming communications as required.• Proactively managing open orders & customer expectations, ensuring customer orders are delivered when expected. • Maintenance of weekly reports • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the External sales team to ensure effective co-ordination of sales activities.• Proactively contact non spending accounts.• Update the CRM where necessary• Any other reasonable management requests.The Person: • Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous customer enquiries, sometimes simultaneously. • Good communication skills • Have an excellent telephone manner• Have a passion for great customer serviceCandidate Profile• Be confident and self-assured• Knowledge of excel• Willingness to learn the product portfolioBenefits: • Company pension• Life insurance• On-site parkingSchedule: • Monday to FridayExperience: • Sales: 1 year (preferred) Work
