My Client is a dynamic growing business supplying fresh cut flowers and bouquets from all over the world to the retail sector across the UK and Europe.The company operates from a start of the art facility, and is embarking on its next phase of growth as a leading firm across the industry.They are seeking to add to the Commercial team an Insights Executive ready for a new opportunity.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:*Support Senior Insights Manager with running and maintaining reporting systems*Provide retailer store visits report*Give the business competitor advantage through relationship building, data collection, and outputs enabling better market understanding and knowledge*Give the retailer an advantage through a reduction in waste, increase in sales, and genuine fixture focusMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*Gather sku level data at fixture to enable:Excel store report (inc. photographs)Suppliers share of linesPowerPoint market newness and fixture displays, campaigns etcPromotion trackersData codingWeekly fixture action report*Running reports from data houses and basic analysis.*Assist in the engagement and implementation of in-store research surveys.*Assist with Peak Comp Shops.*Feed into recommendations and joint retailer presentations.*Improve engagement with store representatives.*Customer loyalty card analysis.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:*Competent in Excel and Power point.*Knowledge of data systems IRI, IGD, Dunnhumby an advantage.*Previous customer facing role.*Confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.*Team player but able to work alone.*Self-motivated.*Full driving licence essential.Experience in horticulture / FMCG industry will be advantageous.Additional hours over the peak periods will be required to include early starts, late finishes and weekend working.In return our client is offering a competitive basic salary.
