A Fixed Term Contract opportunity to oversee a growing HR department and manage a team of Senior Advisors. The role will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice and guidance. Respond to a wide range of enquiries, via telephone, e-mail or other correspondence, relating to HR issues in a professional manner, overseeing allocated workload for the team. Advising and leading on complex casework on recruitment and selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability (performance and health) cases. As well as grievances, redundancy and restructures. The position will also oversee TUPE transfers and harmonisation projects. On occasion lead on complex union consultation meetings. Direct line management responsibility for Senior HR Advisor`s including leading in regular team meetings as appropriate as well as identifying team training.The Contract will be for 12 months and will play a pivotal role in setting the HR agenda and being part of the companys continuing success and growth.
