Job Description

Immediate start HR Advisor required to join Huntingdonshire based client in delivery of full end to end HR support to Team Leaders, Team Managers, and Ops Managers in a busy 24/7 food manufacturing organisation.You will be taking ownership of:

  • Employee relations - managing ongoing case work relating to lateness, absence, performance and behaviours.
  • Supporting team managers in investigations and disciplinaries
  • Monitoring and reporting on site-based people KPIs
  • Leading on employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
Ideally you will be on your CIPD journey, and with previous experience of working within a fast paced operational business. This role is to start straight away so not suited to those with a lengthy notice period.
