Job Description

Our core values of Integrity, Excellence and Empathy serve as a guide to our people in their everyday interactions with others.The main purpose of the role is to drive strategy, growth and profit sales for the business into Housing Associations and the social housing sector.Key Activities in the role include but not limited to....

  • Introduce and sell all Polygon UK Group solutions into social housing providers and other related sectors.
  • Support the development and provision of damp and mould solutions - "in house expert".
  • Establish multi-level contacts and facilitate relationships across all new and developing clients.
  • Account Management of clients as their business with Polygon increases.
  • Key point of contact to respond to operational issues and queries.
  • Identify additional opportunities for new Polygon solutions - develop concept and produce proposals with line manager support.
  • Produce and keep updated development plans for new and developing clients.
  • Monitor client activity and produce internal and external management information for each client according to agreed deadlines.
  • Communicating with relevant Polygon UK Group colleagues regarding clients’ needs to ensure changes are understood and implemented throughout the business.
  • Facilitate prompt resolution of complaints and queries
  • Hold regular meetings at all levels with clients.
  • Always promote a positive image of the company.
  • Coordination & completion of tenders and delivery of related requirements in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate information on competitors - maintain systems to collect information and distribute as necessary.
