Job Description

Looking for General Operatives with immediate start opportunities for the right candidateWe are looking to recruit General operatives for one of the biggest flower industries in the UK. No previous experience is need as full training will be provided.Roll in Huntington-Alconbury with transport opportunities from Peterborough at £8 per day.We offer:

  • Temp to Perm contract after 12 weeks of employment
  • Starting salary of £9.05
  • Progression opportunities from general operative to picker or up to reach truck driver
  • Set shift patterns with
  • 7am tart
Duties Include:
  • Unpacking flowers to provide them to the production line for bouquet making.
  • Creating bouquets to customer requirements via pictures on the line
  • Boxing and packaging the flowers ready for distribution to major supermarket chains across the UK.
  • You may also be required to work on a bespoke design production line where this would consist of bespoke bouquet making from online orders, this would require attention to detail to create a bespoke bouquet flower arrangement.
