Our Public Sector client is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team on a part time, temporary basis. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The role hybrid as you will be need to attend the office in Brampton, Huntingdonif required for meetings. The rate of pay is £13.02 an hour, holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.You will be working as a Personal Assistant to support general directors of the organisation meaning you must be able to work to your own initiative along with clear and professional communication skills.The role will include but will not be restricted to;Diary managementBooking meeting roomsActing as the main point of contact for the Personal Assistant you will be working alongsideDealing and responding to queries in an efficient mannerTaking notes in meetings The skills that are required for this role is to have strong experience of using Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel Outlook).The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously using their initiative with highly developed time management skills with the ability to recognise and respond to conflicting priorities or sudden unexpected demands and adjust work as required. You alsomust have previous Secretarial/Personal Assistant experience in order to be considered for this role.Successful applicants will be contacted within 5 days.
