This role does include some hands on tasks such as painting and decorating of communal areas and properties,low level repairs and maintenance and the arrangement of rubbish/ fly tipping to be removed. You will also assist in the management of our properties and its surrounding areas, carry out tenancy change visits and conduct thorough inspections of our properties.You will ensure any cleaning, grounds maintenance and other maintenance issues are dealt with promptly,liaising with relevant departments and our partner agencies.
