Be involved in Project and Portfolio health checks as directed.- Day-to-day management of the secure files in various SharePoint sites and filing of key portfolio/programme documentation in all central repositories available to the full portfolio team. - Assist in requesting and setting up new sites as needed.- Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance/improvement of PMO collateral, tools and templates, reporting, tools, documentation, processes and other artefacts.- Monitor the project toolkit for changes in templates, documents and processes.
