Circa £75,000 per annum Full time/37 hrs a week/permanent Location: Huntingdon, Home working and travel across the region Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home, from an Anglian Water office and travel across the region would be required. Anglian Water is on the lookout for a talented individual who is passionate about Early Careers and Future skills and eager to contribute theirskills and expertise to our growing organisation.We have a brand new opportunity for an Early Careers and Future Skills Manager to join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring Anglian Waters sustained success by building and maintaining a dynamic skills and talent stream, capable of providing successionin technical, managerial, and leadership expertise in an industry that is currently facing some negative public perceptions yet which has huge positive potential to shape our environmental future.What youll be doing: - Working with the Recruitment and Workforce planning team, the Early Careers and Future Skills Manager will devise and implement a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy, targeting graduates, apprentices, interns, and hidden workers in collaborationwith universities, colleges, schools, and relevant stakeholders.- Lead and manage a team dedicated to early talent acquisition, learning and development, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and growth across our organisation.- Collaborate with the People Development Team to design and execute training programmes that equip early career talent with technical skills, the people and project management and leadership capabilities required to equip Anglian Water to realise its visionand purpose. They will have and a strong understanding of the companys values and of the behaviours and daily habits that need to be demonstrated across our business to embed.
