Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skillsDo you enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environmentDispatcher/Technical Claims HandlerHuntingdon£21,800 per annum40 hours per week.PH2978The role will involve working alongside team members to support the dispatching of 25 technicians, along with submitting reports and raising invoices.In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Respond & resolve customer queries to optimise customer service
  • Handling inbound telephone calls and providing technical support to Policy Holders/Customers whilst giving prompt and accurate advice
  • You will also be responsible for inputting and updating records
  • Analyse and review technicians diary in order to effectively plan and prioritise workload
  • Schedule appointments
  • Pursue sales leads to expand the business
The successful candidate must:
  • Have excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Good Geographical knowledge is preferable
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Have strong IT skills, to include knowledge and experience using Word, Excel, Gmail and Simply
  • Have accurate administration skills with a strong attention to detail
