You will have expert service managers running eacharea, and you will come with a background in leading large services, along with strong leadership skills, drive and resilience.As the strategic lead for our Finance and Corporate Services functions youll enable and get the best from people through showcasing effective leadership and innovation. Working collaboratively, youll ensure the Corporate resources constantly deliver, lookingat ways to transform and simplify our approaches, so our efforts are directed where we make the most difference.As the Section 151 Officer for the council you will have a key role in contributing to corporate management and leadership, advising the Council on financial strategy, providing sound financial advice to elected members and leadership, ensuring that we maintainstrong financial management underpinned by effective financial controls.
