Job Description

A leading independent marketing services business that provides sophisticated marketing collateral and print fulfilment services to organisations and leading brands across the UK is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team in Huntington.Established by the current CEO in 2003, they have grown every year since incorporation and have established an outstanding reputation for the quality of their work and service levels. The company has exciting expansion plans and aims to double turnover in the next few years.Never has it been a more exciting time to join them.Role SummaryThis is an exciting new opportunity to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that debts are received from customers in accordance with agreed credit terms and maintaining customer accounts all withintheir ERP system.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective internal and external relationships to ensure the debt is resolved whilst having minimal/no impact on customer relations
  • Pro-actively collect overdue monies from customers
  • Process, reconcile and allocate payments via cheque, cash, credit/debit cards and BACS
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer and colleague requests for information and documents
  • Be the main point of contact for all sales invoice queries from internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills:
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Be flexible
  • Be friendly
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and be organised in your approach
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have previously used Excel and also literate in other Microsoft products e.g Outlook, Word
