Job Description

Cover Supervisor - HuntingdonRecruit Mint Edcuation, a leading education recruitment consultancy, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in the Huntingdon area. We pride ourselves on connecting passionate educators with rewarding opportunitiesin the education sector.As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Managing student behavior and promoting positive engagement
  • Following lesson plans provided by teachers
  • Building strong rapport with students and school staff
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school A Level (Bachelors degree in Education is a plus)
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments
