AJ Chambers are working with a Leading Law Firm who are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join their growing Property department. The role has arisen due to an internal promotion and the successful candidate will be working within their Huntingdonoffice. This well-established firm is looking for someone who has been working in Residential Property for a minimum of 1 year.You will work with the team to provide a high-quality legal service to their clients in all transactions including with on-boarding of clients and dealing with post-completion formalities such as SDLT return filing, HM Land Registry applicationsMain Duties: Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining close and regular contact Maintaining regular communication with other individuals involved in transactions including lenders and agents Handling queries and enquiries efficiently Maintaining excellent file management in line with CQS standards.
