Contract AdministratorSalary £22,50037.5hrs a weekOffice based in St IvesJob DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts. A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with theability to discover potential risks. Ultimately, you should ensure all our contractsconform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all client instructions are loggedResponding to customer communication via telephone and or emailsAllocation of jobs to specific engineers and purchase orders to subcontractorsCommunication with colleagues/team - keeping them informed of client changes/requirementsAdministrative support per contract with the Clients and Contract Managers dailyRunning monthly reportsRenewing and amending contractsNegotiating sales with subcontractorsMaintaining your own contract plannerResolving queries with invoices for planned maintenance worksIssuing PQQs and setting up of new subcontractorsSupport Mobilisation when requiredNecessary SkillsPrevious administration support experienceGood MS Office skills including Excel and WordAble to produce professional written communicationHighly organised with effective time management and ability to multitaskFlexible and adaptable at any given moment, and able to work to strict timescalesAble to remain calm and consideredA proactive individual who has excellent interpersonal and influencing skills - these are required when following up for informationExperience of working within a fast paced environmentStandard Grade Qualification in English or EquivalentStrong attention to detailFlexible working hours to assist in meeting deadlinesGood at Maths
