CNC Miller ProgrammerWorking for our Huntingdon based Client you will have the following requirements- Must have knowledge and experience of CNC Milling Knowledge and experience of Heidenhain controllers Capable of programming, programme rectification, setting and operating of Machining Centres Must be skilled in the basic operation of manual milling machines/lathes Must be able to read and correctly interpret engineering documentation To ensure a professional, quality service (external and internal) is provided at all times throughout the various stages of production. To maintain, develop and build long-term relationships.ADDITIONAL SKILLS Advantageous to have knowledge of CAD/CAM software Abilities to set and or operate other tool-room machine-shop equipment (e.g. spark eroders, surface grinders) Use/knowledge of lifting equipment such as fork lifts/overhead cranes Able to optimise production techniques to increase efficiency.GENERAL Be conversant with and adhere to the Companys Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and all other Company Rules and Policies. Working in a 5S environment. To adhere to administrative procedures.
