Job Description

Client Account ManagerPermanentUp to £30000Immediate StartThis really is a great position offered working in an inclusive environment, where you will be consistently supported, and rewarded for your efforts.As an experienced Account Manager you will provide exceptional support to your allocated client base whilst providing customers with accurate price quotations and excellent customer service. Communication methods will be via phone, email and fax and relationshipswill be developed with customer contacts, suppliers and sales representatives.Part of the position will also see you involved in the following;

  • Quoting on materials and tooling.
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
  • Processing customer orders, including processing for shipment.
  • Advising customers on pricing, lead times, shipping dates and business terms and conditions.
  • Identify inactive customers, analyse past orders, and initiate customer contact to generate return business.
  • Supporting business growth by highlighting new business opportunities with existing customers.
