You will focus on the people side of change, particularly ensuring that thoseimpacted by the change are aware, able and inspired to adopt the change. You will also carry out change management across the enterprise to support delivery of our business strategy.In this key role youll need to build strong relationships with our business Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders and ensure that our people are supported to adopt, fully use and be proficient in the new way of working. Youll also act as a coachto our Senior Leaders in helping them fulfil the role of Change Sponsor and provide direct support for Frontline Managers as they help their direct reports through transitions.What does it take to be a Change Manager
