Job Description

C£50k dependent on skills and experiencePermanent and Fixed Term HuntingdonExplore how we put our people first Do you have extensive experience of delivering change projects and knowledge of change management methodologies Are you able to influence and communicate with a variety of audiences This could be the opportunity for you!We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who will play a key part in creating and implementing change management strategies and ensuring projects meet their objectives. You will focus on the people side of change, particularly ensuring that thoseimpacted by the change are aware, able and inspired to adopt the change. You will also carry out change management across the enterprise to support delivery of our business strategy.In this key role youll need to build strong relationships with our business Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders and ensure that our people are supported to adopt, fully utilise and be proficient in the new way of working. Youll also act as acoach to our Senior Leaders in helping them fulfill the role of Change Sponsor and provide direct support for Frontline Managers as they help their direct reports through transitions.What does it take to be a Change Manager

  • Proven expertise in delivering change projects
  • Proven track record of successfully communicating to a variety of audiences
  • Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
  • Experience of managing individuals through change
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Proven expertise in people change and building business capability
  • Strong leadership and team working skills, especially under pressure
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, ability to engage with all levels
  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to fit organisational culture, maturity and needs
  • Focus on benefit realisation
  • Educated to degree level or recognised FE certification
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner
