What will you be doing As our new Campaign & Data Executive youll be responsible for the day to day execution of excellent marketing communications to our customer base for our Smart Metering programme. Responsible for the build, delivery, execution and reporting of these communications, youll support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop a more personalised and relevant approach to engaging with our customers. Youll be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a multi-channel campaign from data extraction, creation of mail files, testing, quality control through to execution.A key aspect of this exciting role is to provide campaign reporting and reporting dashboard, whilst implementing and applying customer contact policies in a rigorous and robust way. In this role youll be working with customer data providers from across the business ensuring continuous data provision and governance. What do you need The successful candidate will be educated to a Degree level or above in an analytical discipline, ideally with experience working with Campaign Management platforms e.g. DotDigital, IBM campaign, DotMailer.
