Job Description

Benefits and Effectiveness Lead Circa £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on skills & experience Permanent, Full Time37hours per week Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Utilising the Benefits Realisation Management Framework, you will supportthe Water Business Stream inmeasuring efficiencies;defining, quantifying andrealising benefits from change initiatives;initiating progress reviews; andsupporting the overall Benefits and Effectiveness goals.In this exciting role you will also monitor the effectiveness of spend across the business stream including the utilisation of post-investment capital reports to enable an assessment of overall value for money.Covering all aspects within theWaterBusiness Stream, and working closely with a wide group of stakeholders, your outputs will be used to develop and populate a learning hub and supportcontinuousimprovement activities.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:
