The Trust currently operates 29 schools across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire and has forged strong links within all these communities.The OpportunitiesAhead of the new academic year, the Trust are looking for ambitious and driven Apprentices to join them in a multitude of different areas.They currently have vacancies for apprenticeships the following areas:

  • Teaching Assistant
  • Early Years Foundation Stage
  • IT
  • Finance
  • HR
Each Trust Apprentice has a wealth of support from a dedicated central team, as well as specialist, role-specific support from an experienced mentor, with whom they will work closely with for the duration of the apprenticeship.The Trust are always looking to expand their apprenticeship offering, so even if its not on the list above, please submit an application stating the apprenticeship you are interested in and one of the team will contact you to discuss some options.What do they need from you
  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in Maths and English
  • Willingness to learn new things.

What happens after I have applied
  • Applications will be reviewed by a dedicated team regularly
  • Feedback will be given and, where appropriate interviews will be arranged
  • A full application form will need to be completed prior to interview to satisfy the legal requirements of recruitment in Education.
  • Data for applicants, for which they do not currently have suitable vacancies, will be stored in their database for 6 months and contact will be made when suitable vacancies arise.
  • Pre-Screening and enrolment will be undertaken by the learning provider once a provisional offer of employment has been made.
