Their technical teams have worked on materials that have contributed to scientific breakthroughsin nuclear fusion, the fight against COVID-19, and have been used in probes that have travelled through space as far as Saturn.The RoleThe role of the Account Manager is to create opportunities to grow business within the existing customer base, as well as prospecting for and supporting the development of new or high potential customers. This is a hybrid role incorporating a degree of officeand field-based activity with the expectation that the employee will spend an amount of their time visiting customers.The Account Manager will be expected to deliver sales growth, achieving revenue targets while maximising both margins and gross sales across their key accounts. Core activity will include identifying business opportunities and working with internal and externalstakeholders to convert these into sales.
