Job Description

Due to expansion, we are seeking a Client Maintenance Co-ordinators to add to our clients solid, friendly, upbeat, employee base.Candidates should be personable, possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Be good team players, highly organised and self-managing and have the ability to learn and adapt, whilst being flexible to the needs of the business.The jobs duties/ qualities will include

  • The complete maintenance management of your assigned remit
  • Building and maintaining strong client relations and retention
  • Problem solving and prioritising, keeping up with the fast paced environment
  • A team player as well as confidently being able to work on your own
  • Have the drive to learn and grow with the company and voice ideas and opinions to improve
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries, logging queries and correspondence
  • Scheduling property maintenance, repairs and installations and following the entire maintenance process to completion of works
  • Liaising with field based engineers and colleagues within the office
  • Commercial and business awareness
The ideal applicant will have worked within a fast paced, customer focused environment and have experience in either, property management or scheduled maintenance repairs. Knowledge of plumbing and heating parts will be a distinct advantage.We offer competitive salary £20,000 to £26,000 and opportunities to advance as far as your capabilities will allow,
