Charleston Gray Recruitment have been tasked by an Accountancy Practice based in South Leeds to recruit a Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of experience working within an Accounting firm to join them in a brand new role for the firm.Reporting into the Managing Partner and working within a boutique-sized team the Senior Accountant will undertake all aspects of assisting SME clients in their accounts preparation, corporate tax returns, and acting as a point of contact for any accounting queries the clients may have.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Practice Accountant to really make their mark and develop the Practice and their skillset further within a well established but growing business.The ideal candidate would ideally have a minimum of 3 years working within an Accounting firm in a varied.This role is client-facing so you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial terms to non-financial clients.You will need proven experience in motivating and developing staff.Knowledge using Xero or QuickBooks would be ideal but not essential.If you feel this could be an interesting opportunity for you then please apply or contact us for a confidential conversation.
