Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Projects / Contracts Manager to join a well-established company based in Hull.The Company:They have been delivering superiority in the fit-out sector servicing their clients for over forty-five years and pride themselves as being one of the UKs highly reputable go-to national dry lining companies based close to the A63-M62 motorways.

About the Role:This role will be the day to day managing of the installation of all internal fit out works within the dry-lining industry including suspended ceilings, glazed partitions, plastering, internal partitions etc covering multiple sites locally and across theUK.The company require applicants that are well motivated, self-managed, someone who is proactive and reactive has an eye for attention to detail and enjoys working within a team, IT Literate and very well organised.Preferably looking long term for someone who is driven and looking to progress to a more senior management role in time.Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Project/Contracts Manager within the construction industry for a main contractor.
  • Experience of working on a variety of contracts including educational, industrial, leisure, retail and commercial.
  • The ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will be required to run a number of projects simultaneously.
