Paraplanner Location- Hull£25,000 - £30,000Our client is a well established wealth consultancy practice, who believe in putting clients at the heart of their thinking, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Paraplanner to join their team due to their continued growth.Working in an entrepreneurial environment, you will be supporting a team of Financial Advisors in the preparation of financial plans, product solutions and recommendations, marketing events etc. whilst ensuring that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner.Responsibilities:Researching and gathering various data, displaying in charts/graphs/tablesContacting providers and companies over the phone in relation to financial planning and productsPreparing advice letters and documentation and reports for meetings/client appointmentsAssist Financial Advisors with client contact and follow-upCollaborate with team regarding client service issuesMonitor client portfoliosDrafting letters of advice on behalf of the partnersPrepare file documentation prior to account opening.Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queriesBuild strong relationships with clients and attend client meetingsThe successful candidate will need to have had previous experience working as a paraplanner - preferably within an Independent Financial Services environment - although we will also consider those working as an IFA Administrator looking to take a step up in their career.
