SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator/Advisor for their amazing client based in Hucknall. The company are offering a great working environment. This is an exciting, evolving role for the right ambitious person. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer services and administration, as well really keen to learn. You will offer support to the office, working in a team of 4. The successful candidate will forward thinking and motivated to do a great job - ready to join a long standing business! As the Customer Service Coordinator/Advisor you will be responsible for the following; - Understand the requirements of your customers and suppliers through building relationships and exceeding expectations - Place orders and ensure the customer is kept up to date with the progression of their order - Work closely alongside the team and other internal departments to ensure there is continuity in service across all teams - Manage and prioritise own workload. Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 (Depending on experience) To be successful for the role you must come from a strong customer service background or have a real desire to develop their skills and knowledge, be self motivated to achieve and a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to communicate effectively.
