Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading manufacturer in the appointment of a Maintenance Manager for my client in Howden. This is an excellent time to join the business as my client experiences an exciting period of growth. ThisMaintenance Manager role will suit an experienced and results driven individual, offering you a unique position for progression and hands on responsibility for driving and influencing change.As Maintenance Manager your duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all equipment and the safety of your team is paramount and meets all legislative standards with ISO14001; 18001 & 9001 not forgetting PUWER
  • Strategy deployment throughout engineering and maintenance
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement, aligned with business objectives and a ‘right first time’ level of understanding and standard of working
  • Review and improve current processes and procedures for all aspects of maintenance management
  • Ensure all reliability and capability projects are prioritised and executed to support operations and manufacturing Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience:
  • You will be educated to HNC/HND or Degree level in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Recognised qualification in safety management
  • Demonstrable maintenance management experience, gained whilst working within a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • You will be a strong leader; able to coach, mentor and develop your team whilst encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, right first time and safe place to work
