Location: HowdenContract Type: Full time, PermanentWould you love to develop your sales career with an exciting broadcast media company whose clients include ITV, Discovery, BT Sport, UKTV and BBC StudiosThere couldnt be a more exciting time to join PA TV Metadata, a leading full-service provider of TV programme metadata and EPG services to channels and platforms worldwide.As Junior Account Manager youll join a small, dynamic team promoting some exciting new products and services within this growing business to help to further build on their strong position in the TV metadata market.Youll manage low value existing customer accounts, customer queries and provide sales admin support using Salesforce, our CRM system. You will also have personal targets around sales performance and will be expected to contribute to the delivery of the overallyearly budget target.What youll be doing . Manage the existing customer portfolio acting as the first point of contact for all queries and action accordingly Manage and develop customer relationships Provide customers with quotations, utilising pre-existing rate card Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity within Salesforce -the companys CRM system Analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards Gather marketing and customer information Work with key business stakeholders to identify sales potential across the current customer base and the wider industry Work with the marketing department on email and social media campaigns to drive leads into the business Follow up marketing campaigns with telephone calls and emailsWhat you will you need .To be considered for this role youll ideally have previous customer services, sales administration experience or something similar, and the desire to develop a career in sales.Youll naturally be self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive, capable of demonstrating previous successes.
