Must hold the UK drivers licence.This is to accommodate the needs of our service users in the most efficient manner.No two days will be the same as you take pride in safely escorting and driving staff, visitors and service users to local destinations across Southwest London and surrounding areas. During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsiblefor its maintenance and checks.This two-in-one role will see you join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or transferable skills from another industry, you willuse your knowledge and skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.To be considered for thisvacancy, you must already possess the right to work in the UK or be able to secure the right to work in the UK independently.
