Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join my client’s team as a Retail Project Planning Coordinator. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the retail development teamby playing a crucial role in the project coordination, collection, reporting, and analysis of store fitouts globallyThis is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working pattern (2 days WFH), a competitive salary and a lucrative benefits package (including bonus)Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report on store development pipeline, current projects, and completed store data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shop development activities
  • Update various stakeholders
  • Monitor and administer project database
  • Deliver insightful analysis of shop development data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear and concise updates on the status of store development projects.
Experience Required
  • Microsoft Excel and general MS Office skills.
  • Proven organisation skills
  • 2 years’ experience in a head office project co-ordinator/administrator, and retail environment/role.
  • A confident communicator.
Specific Requirements
  • Commercially literate and numerate.
  • Ability to clearly prioritise.
  • Ability to work in a team and stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate.
