Rental Sales Agent Float - Heathrow & Bristol £28 - £ 30K + excellent commission ! making total package up to £40k realistically !Based at Heathrow AiportAn exciting opportunity has come up to join a national renting and leasing company!This company are working hard to foster an environment where all their employees are treated with respect and where each person skills and career can be developed.Hours per week: 48 hours between Monday - Sunday. Early, middle and late. Operational hours between 6am - 12:30 am on shift pattern.Benefits:* Overnight accommodation & Food Expenses paid for when required. * Company car * Company pension * On site parking * Commission * Performance bonus * Employee discountThe role:* Dealing with general customer queries including corporate clients on the phone, via email and in person* Taking bookings and processing paperwork and payments* Resolving a range of customer queries while providing the best customer service experience * Selling additional products available to new and existing customers* Supporting and coordinating the valeting team * Opening and closing the office when the manager is off if required* Reviewing stock allocation and reporting daily on activity * Arranging and undertaking vehicle checks* Showing customer vehicles they are interested inExperience and skills required:* Experience in upselling is good to have to be successful in this role. This can be within retail or any industry * Experience working with cars is desirable* Reliable, flexible and able to demonstrate experience in providing high standards of customer service * Experience working towards targets and KPIs* Able to speak another language would be advantageous due to the customer base being global but not essentialYou will need a driving license to be successful in this role.
